Aldo Cirri

Aldo Cirri lives and works in Rome. For over twenty-five years he has been writing mainly for the theatre. In 2003 he won the second edition of the humorous literary prize Dino Durante – Sganassade & Sganassoni with the story Il raptus del Savonarola. In 2006 he was ranked first, screenplay section, in the national competition organized by AIMA in Rome with the drama Pagine strappate, which in 2010 also won the Don Luigi Di Liegro prize and the special Mario Tobino prize for the theater section. In 2007, with the farce Tecnica del colpo di stato, he won the Leo Watcher award.
